The new Simhasan was consecrated on June 8, 2025, and foundation work is now in progress. Every dollar goes directly toward construction — no overhead, no event costs. Your seva today will serve thousands of devotees for generations to come. Two factors have increased the funding requirement beyond the original estimates:

Construction & material inflation

Original estimates were prepared nearly two years before construction began. Labor and material costs have risen significantly since.

City-required parking improvements

The City of Aurora required parking-area additions as part of permit approval — not in the original scope, but necessary to proceed.

Sai Simhasan replaced — successfully consecrated on June 8, 2025.

Mandir Expansion — approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of new space designed to serve devotees for the next 20+ years:

New Meditation Hall (~4,000 sq. ft., single storey)

New front desk office with improved coat & shoe area

Upgraded bathrooms with a handwashing area for pre-darshan ritual

New HVAC system throughout

Interior upgrades for uniformity across old and new sections

Seamless exterior on all four sides — existing Baba altar unchanged
